Primary DC - Network Issue Observed

At 3:11 AM Central US Time, until 3:22 AM, a networking issue was observed with Primary DC. The issue was an outbound internet issue caused by planned maintenance by our Primary DC provider.

Unfortunately, due to an administrative error, notification of this change did not reach the relevant Support teams, so that we could notify our engineering teams and our impacted customers.

We have already taken steps to rectify this to ensure that this does not re-occur.
